This year’s doctoral consortium brought together students and scholars from diverse perspectives to develop and exchange ideas. This daylong session was centered on meeting peers with similar research interests in the hope of developing future collaborative projects. There were several panels on topics devoted to current success in a doctoral program and future ccomplishments. The attendees came from schools of management and industrial relations in the United States and abroad.
