Crossing Boundaries: Work and Industrial Relations in Perspective takes the reader on a wonderful journey through the life of Russell Lansbury and what he has discovered as a teacher, researcher, and participant in industrial relations. I became acquainted with Lansbury primarily through his work in comparative employment relations; however, this book makes clear that the breadth of his research and contributions are much broader and larger.
