Abstract
To everyone who helped us carry out LERA’s 72nd Annual Meeting in a virtual platform, thank you for coming together with us to attend to the important business at hand. It is nothing short of phenomenal that we were able to pull it off!The experience leaves me more eager than ever to talk about partnership, as practiced within the Labor Management Partnership at Kaiser Permanente. Our organization views partnership as more than a labor relations strategy; it is a business strategy that brings together multiple perspectives — from managers to front-line employees — to inform im-portant decisions and drive innovation.
