Laying a Foundation for LERA’s Construction Industry Council

Abstract
The Construction Industry Council (CIC) began with an organizational meeting at the LERA Annual Meeting in January 2005. Since then, it convened meetings with constituent organizations to discuss undertaking regional studies of construction labor markets; was chartered by the LERA board; and began developing support for a pilot for the regional studies.
