Abstract
The LERA Aerospace Industry Council provides a forum for the discussion and dissemination of information on key industrial relations issues affecting the U.S. aerospace industry. During the LERA Annual Meeting in 2007, the council convened a pair of labor and management experts to discuss globalization in the industry. This report summarizes their discussion.
