Abstract

Tamara L. Lee is an industrial engineer and labor lawyer by training. Since 2007 she has been a graduate student in the MS/PhD program in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, where she studies worker participation and labor relations transition in Cuba.Todd Dickey is a third-year student in the MS/PhD program in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, where he is currently researching conflict resolution in US public sector labor relations.
